About Us
Hi, my name is Jaqui. I'm the founder of Pathways Disability Support Consulting, and I'd like to share my journey with you. As a mum of two wonderful kids with disabilities, a fully qualified Support Worker, and Disability Support Trainer, I've experienced firsthand the challenges and intricacies of navigating the disability support system. All of these experiences have highlighted the incredible difference that skilled, compassionate support can make in people's lives.

When NDIS was introduced, I couldn’t help to notice a surge in unqualified individuals entering the field, often leaving families confused and underserved. I felt deep in my heart that these patients and their families deserved better, so I founded Pathways DSC with the deep belief that everyone deserves quality support from knowledgeable professionals.

Ever since then, I have made it my personal mission to educate and empower families, ensuring they have the tools and all the available information they need to make informed decisions about their care.
